So, we’re a little over halfway through the year and I thought it would be a good idea to check on my yearly reading goal! Every year, I strive to read (at least) a book a month. You can always see my progress for each year on this page. Because I usually surpass my goal each month (by a LOT of books sometimes), I don’t always record every book I read on this page. It would be a HUGE list! I decided it would be fun to count up the books I’ve read so far in 2012. It may not sound like a lot to some of you, but for me, I think I’ve done pretty well.
20 books! WOOHOO!
Again, not that many for most of us bookworms, but the year is only half over! I can’t wait to see how many I’ve read by the end of December!
How many books, on average, do you think you read in a year? Do you set any goals for yourself? If you don’t and you’d like to read more, I highly recommend my own goal of (at least) a book a month. It takes pressure off to read a huge amount (unless you want to), but it at least gets you reading!
Thanks for stopping by today! Happy reading!
